Notes

As of early 2000 there were 500 sets of pages, with 200 bound in a reddish orange paper with a rat design, and 120 more in an undecorated tan paper (“after he lost the first cover design”). Another “80 were lost in a flood,” with 100 more as yet unbound, but intended to appear as hardcovers.

A limited edition of 500 copies was printed.
200 copies bound and numbered in 1986 with red wraps (this publication).
3 hardcover copies were also bound, one for the publisher, one for Bodo Schäfer (illustrator) and one for Glenn Lord.
Another 150 copies were bound and numbered in tan covers without an illustration in 2002. Some of the tan copies bound in “The Rhyme of the Three Slavers”.
