This pulp specialized in presenting stories with a fantastic or supernatural premise that was often explained away in a mundane way. Although some stories with a supernatural or super-scientific often appeared.
James Milton Wilcox or J. M. Wilcox often signed his name as Jayem Wilcox, as he does here.
The illustration for "Black Wind Blowing" is signed "Mark", with the rest being obscured.
Joseph Doolin signs his work JPD.
