Introduction

The Story Thus Far consists of short recaps printed before the second and third installments of Skull-Face in the November and December 1929 issues of Weird Tales. They summarize the preceding action involving Stephen Costigan and the conspiracy at the center of the serial.

It is not known whether the recaps were written by Robert E. Howard or by Weird Tales editor Farnsworth Wright.
