Dr. W. S. Hester

Dr. W. S. Hester was a close associate of Isaac M. Howard. In May 1937 Isaac wrote that Hester had recently moved from Colorado City, Texas, to Nixon, about sixty miles south of Austin, and that he planned to visit him within ten or fifteen days. The surviving source establishes the initials and locations but does not provide a fuller personal name.
