Introduction
The Canadian newspaper, The Toronto Star Weekly reprinted Howard's Crowd Horror in its Saturday edition from April 26, 1930.
The story was illustrated by Harold McCrea.
McCrea was born in Peterborough Ontario. He was a painter, graphic artist, cartoonist and illustrator in Toronto. His painting subjects were landscapes of Ontario, Quebec, the Canadian West and the Rocky Mountains. His approach to painting was in a realism style.
