Петър Станимиров (Petar Stanimirov)
Petar Stanimirov was born on November 12, 1952, in Sofia.
From 1980 to 1990 he was a comic book artist in Rainbow magazine and Wonder World magazine. He also painted posters for films and participated in many national and international exhibitions with posters and cartoons.
In 1989 – 1990 he created the concept and team of the newspaper “Stories in Paintings”, later renamed “Pulsar”.
In 1995 he founded mega publishing house, which specializes in publishing for game books. It issues over 100 titles of the best Bulgarian authors in this genre.
From 2000 to 2011 he was is an art director at Hemimont Games studio and participated in the creation of computer games: Celtic Kings (2002), Carthage (The Punic Wars) (2004), Imperivm (Great Battle of Roma) (2005), Magic Kingdoms (Rising Kingdoms)(2005) 2005), Glory of the Roman Empire (2006), Imperivm Romanvm (2008), Grand Ages: Rome (2009), Tropico 3 (2009), The First Templar (2011), Tropico 4 (2011).
From 2012 to 2019 he is an artist in east-west publishing house.
Member of the Rainbow Project Association. Honorable member of the LAZARUS Club. Member of the Control Commission of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.
