Centaur Press Edition, February 1971″; no number lineThe publication history of the publication is poorly documented. This appears to be the first printing. First printing of 20,000 copies per Chalker and Owings.

2nd printing – 1974, priced at $1.25 Called “Third Big Edition” but there is no record of a “Second” edition before it.

3rd printing – 1976, priced at $1.50 “The Illustrated Edition”

There is also a ‘Haddock edition’ which is considered unauthorized and printed in Hungary. The copyright page says that it’s copyright 1968 Glenn Lord and that it’s printed in Hungary for the publishers Peter Haddock Limited.
