Despite the issue date, this issue was not published until March 2018.

In “Letter from the Board,” the letter to Tevis Clyde Smith is cited as being unpublished.
However, it was previously published in THE COLLECTED LETTERS OF ROBERT E. HOWARD INDEX AND ADDENDA. This will be corrected as errata in the next newsletter.

(2) being unpublished

This letter was:
